This Effective Communication skills group is designed to benefit your relationship. It is a monthly, drop-in group that you can attend as a couple or by yourself.

Learn how to:

Choose the right time for hard conversations

Speak so your partner does not feel attacked

Listen actively so you are both heard better

Build deeper empathy for each other

Repair connection after an argument

Deliver truly effective apologies

Implement small daily practices to support your relationship

Work through long-term intractable problems

Each monthly on-line session focuses on a different skill and includes time for open discussion.

When: Third Wednesday of every month, 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Cost:

$25 per person or $40 per couple per meeting.
