Do you accept insurance? Can I get reimbursed?

I gladly accept all out-of-network benefit plans. I can inform you of the approximate reimbursement you can expect from your insurance company. To verify, simply send me your email, mailing address, member ID number, and provider phone number.

Do you accept HSA’s or FSA’s?

YES.  We can use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is unique and proceeds at their own pace. The amount of time you need in therapy will depend on your goals. Addressing short-term concerns may take less time than addressing long-standing challenges.  

Make therapy work for your life and your goals. You can come to therapy weekly, every other week, every 3 weeks, or once a month. The most important thing is finding a schedule that works for you so that you continue to make progress.
